VIVEK MITTAL (Managing Partner)

Vivek is a thorough Talent Acquisition professional with expertise in leadership & expat hiring and a demonstrated track record of managing P&L roles & handling large teams across regions. He has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Search Firms, Recruitment Firms and Corporate. While his Search experience has been fairly broad based, cutting across diverse industries & functions, his main strength lies in providing Search solutions to large Indian business houses.
Vivek was with Reliance Industries Ltd. where he was responsible for hiring of Experts- Expats from across the globe for the Refinery, Petrochemicals and Technology business, where he had been instrumental in hiring over 45 top experts from organizations across USA, UK, Germany, China, Korea, South Africa, Italy, Sweden and India.
Prior to Reliance Industries Ltd, Vivek has worked with various large & Boutique Search Firms.

MANISH VERMA (Business Partner)

Manish is a Talent Acquisition professional with 16+ years’ experience in handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle with a demonstrated track of managing P&L roles with large recruiting teams. He comes with strong experience of hiring across Manufacturing, Power, Renewable Energy & Engineering sectors. He has experience of handling large customers and has played critical role in the growth of the organization by revenue generation and cost optimization. He has been working closely with the Promoters, CHRO and Business Leaders to close high impact leadership positions that are critical to the growth of the organisation.
